Our expertise also tell us that there are different times of the year when certain speakers are more popular and topical or when athletes are in lock-down in preparation for important meets.

Elitespeakers has specialised in booking and managing speaking engagements since 1996. Specialising in sports speakers, we currently manage over 500 appearances a year for corporate Australia and leading organisations.

How do I make a booking?

What are the costs?
Costs can start from as little as $500 per appearance plus GST. We are experienced in working with organisations and adhering to their budgets. We also work closely with companies who require several speakers across the year and always ensure a suitable program is designed.
The online booking form offers you the option to highlight your budget so we can match our talent to your request.

What other costs can I expect?
In Australia, a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10 per cent will apply.
Aside from the actual appearance fee, the client is also responsible for transport to and from the venue for the guest speaker/celebrity. If accommodation is required due to airline flight times, this cost is also to be covered by the client.
You may also wish to purchase some limited memorabilia, autobiographies or tickets to see the guest speaker at his/her next engagement. These extras will be charged in addition to your booking fee.
Other costs that may be included depending on venue and performance times include:
·Security
·Meals
·Passes to an event (if appearance is inside an event a ticket will be required)
·Cost of management representative or guardian to travel with celebrity if overseas appearance or celebrity is underage
How long is the appearance?
Appearances can vary from one hour to a maximum of four hours; this does not include travel time.
Guest speakers with keynote speeches usually require 30 – 45 minutes for their presentation.
Will the guest speaker provide photos or audiovisual support?
In most cases our speakers do not own the rights to the footage of their performances nor any image rights. For still images we recommend our clients use the Getty Images library to source an image for use on invitations etc.

Can you assist me in finding a specialist speaker?
Whilst Elitespeakers specialises in sport celebrities, we have extensive networks with other speakers bureaus and can assist you with any request either in Australia or overseas.
